HOW WE WILL GET YOUR DECORATION INSTRUCTIONS:
Once you have checked out then you will be emailed an order confirmation. In your email order confirmation, you will be provided a link, please to click on it. This link will take you to a form where you can provide specifics about your customization choices. If you have a logo that you want to use then please email it to us at logos@customizedwear.com . (If you ordered blank caps, you do not need to submit a decoration form for those items.)

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER I PLACE MY ORDER:
You will be charged a 35% deposit when you place your order. The balance will be charged when you approve your sample. Your sample will be emailed to you within 5 to 6 business days. Once we get your approval, the complete order will ship within 5 to 6 business days.

Once a custom order is placed and the sample is emailed for approval we allow for thread color changes and logo size adjustments only. If other changes like cap style and the actual logo are needed to be changed then their would be digitizing, freight and restocking fees applied.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Once a custom order is placed and the sample is emailed for approval we allow for thread color changes and logo size adjustments only. If other changes like cap style and the actual logo are needed to be changed then their would be digitizing, freight and restocking fees applied. Freight and Shipping Charges are not included. Freight will be calculated once the order is placed. You will be charged the standard rates that apply.

Note: All items that have the same decoration type designated must use the same design. For example; 12 caps with "ABC" embroidered and 12 other caps with "XYZ". If you need multiple designs in a single decoration category, you may place multiple orders for each design or request a custom quote.
