What happens now:

After clicking the "Check Out" button you will have the opportunity to select shipping options, payment method and pass along any information that you think we should know. There is no extra charges for setup or digitizing, we have NO HIDDEN FEES! Our professional team of artists will prepare your artwork for FREE!!! After you place your order and before we start production, you will receive a FREE "e" mock-up within 5-6 business days. We only charge a deposit of 35% to start your order when placed. We will not bill the balance until you approve your custom decorated sample with your logo. Once approved, we ship the order within 5-7 business days.

Sending us your decoration information and artwork is easy! After you proceed through check out you will be emailed a questionnaire that will ask all the details (logo, thread colors, placement, etc.) that we require to start your order. If we have questions our customer service department will contact you to go over your custom order before we create your free sample.

The normal turn around time for us to complete and ship your order is two weeks. Please look on the invoice that will be emailed to you for the sample date and ship date. We do have a rush service available if you need it sooner. Please refer to the Screen Printing Q & A or Embroidery Q & A section for more information on this service.
