When can I expect to receive my order?

How long does it take after I place my order?Custom decorated merchandise: The complete process takes approximately 10-14 business days. Once you place your order we will sew your logo on the product that you choose. This takes approximately 5-7 business days. Once you approve your design, your order is scheduled for production and should be completed and ready to ship to you in approximately 5-7 business days.
Blank merchandise: Need your order FAST? No problem! All in stock orders place before 12:00 p.m. EST are shipped the same day.
Shipping time: most orders for blank merchandise are delivered within 5 to 6 days of being placed, if shipping in the US. We will notify you within 24 hours if items you ordered are out of stock.

Shipping Methods?Orders are shipped regular UPS ground.
Overnight shipping is available.
International customers may choose Global Express (3-5 business days) or Air Parcel Post (4-10 business days).

Can I have my order any sooner then the average turn around time?You may request that your order ship a few days earlier. Because we may be more or less busy at certain times of the year, we will try to accommodate your request if possible.

Do you have a "RUSH" service available?Yes, we do. Depending on our schedule, we may offer a rush service. These are the charges that would apply for us to complete your order and ship it out to you. Please allow for the normal shipping time (3 to 5 business days) for your order to arrive to you. You may also request that your order be shipped "Express Service," the normal UPS service shipping charges for that will apply.
Minimum order of 36 pieces
$2.00 extra per piece (7 working days) when available
$2.75 extra per piece (5 working days) when available
For orders less than 36 pieces, please add $2.00 more per piece in addition to the normal rush charge, when available.
We will ship your order within the allowed time frame. This is from the day we receive your completed order and final art.
Cutoff Time Completed orders must be submitted by 1PM, Eastern Time. Orders received after 1PM will be considered received on the following business day for purposes of determining the date of shipment.
