We ship by UPS, USPS, and FedEx (whichever you prefer). We pride ourselves our reasonable shipping rates (or you can use your own account).

We ship UPS ground within the USA to the 48 contiguous states. Unfortunately, UPS does not ship ground service to Alaska and Hawaii, that would require "Air Freight" shipping. We also ship out of the US to many countries around the world. Please email us with any questions regarding international orders and shipping.

All order cancellations must be made in writing. Please call or email us to cancel an order. For all cancellations, a 15% restocking fee will be charged. Only blank items may be cancelled. Custom embroidered items are not returnable.
